Complete the Exchange Request to make an exchange. Please allow 3-5 days for your request to be processed. A pre-paid label and envelope will be included in the exchange package for the exchanged item to be returned. Exchanges or returns can be made no more than 15 days after purchase. After 15 days, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.
